Orlando Festivals

There are a few signature events that take place in Orlando throughout the year, and we're confident that you're going to enjoy all of them. In the springtime, the Blues B-Q is the place to be for some enjoyable blues music, delicious smoked foods, and overall good vibes in the Downtown Orlando area. This is a completely free event, and the Band War that takes place makes things that much more exciting! Along with great barbeque vendors and local charity organizations are some larger musical acts for those who like to groove and eat at the same time.

Summertime is the season of activity in Orlando. The weather is hot, the kids are all out of school for the season, the sun is shining, and everybody is looking for something to do or see! You aren't going to want to miss the Fireworks at the Fountain in Lake Eola Park during Independence Day. There's nothing quite like bringing some snacks, a blanket, and some chairs to watch the show unfold! There are activities for children to enjoy, all different types of live music to grace your ears, as well as food and drink available to purchase. The fireworks display is always mesmerizing! Fall and Winter offer tons of opportunities to enjoy the community. In the fall, the Veterans Day Parade is the main showcase where hundreds of people join together to thank those who have served our country. There are various types of innovative floats that take to the streets, and the sense of pride in the community is almost tangible when this event hits the streets. When the holiday season begins, the cheer is undeniable! The Tree Lighting Celebration is sure to turn even the biggest Bah Humbug into a jolly old fellow. There are events for the kids to take part in here, too.

You aren't going to have to work your way through the headache of crowded community parking, you'll be able to enjoy alcoholic beverages without finding a designated driver, you'll have shelter if the weather turns sour, and you can continue the party after it's all over!
